Sensei Meining's long affiliation with the Martial Arts began in 1970 while a student at Penn State University's main campus. Despite several breaks in the training for career & family purposes, he has attained the following ranks: 2nd Dan - Isshinryu Karate 2nd Dan - Tae Kwon Do
