We offer a systematic progression through the journey to Black Belt. This progression goes as follows:
White Belt (10th cup) - Means a student is pure or without knowledge of Tae Kwon Do. (Novice) Yellow Belt (8th Cup) - Symbolizes that the student, likened to that of a seed, is beginning to see sunlight. (Low Beginner) Orange Belt (6th Cup) - Represents a seedling just beginning to grow. (High Beginner) Green Belt (4th Cup) - Designates that the young plant is reaching toward the sky. (Low Advanced) Brown Belt (1st Cup) - Signifies danger. The student has good technical knowledge, but still lacks control and discipline. (High Advanced) Black Belt - Thre are ten degrees of the Black Belt. (Expert) 4th Degree Black Belt: Master of Karate 10th Degree Black Belt: Grand Master |
